- working knowledge of the most popular software; Photoshop CS3 & CS4, CorelDRAW X4, Neon Wizard 4.0, Acrobat Professional, and have worked with Power Point, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Macromedia Studio, Cinema 4D. Quicktime,Preparation of neon patterns and router file for production with strong working knowledge of construction methods of sign manufacturing and technical drawings.

- self starter who takes the initiative with excellent communication skills.
- strong IT Knowledge of Mac, PC, & Linux
- 20 years of design experience within an agency / in house design team or sign shop.
- ability to work with a marketing/sales team to understand the unique features of a product or business.
- knowledge of appropriate usage of the latest versions of Flash (including ActionScript) PhotoShop, ImageReady, and Illustrator.
- understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript (rollovers, pop-ups) and the capabilities of web browsers and user interaction.
- excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- self-starter who takes initiative, requires minimal supervision, and can handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- detail-oriented, able to concentrate, and work quickly.
- proven diagnostic, analytical, and problem solving skills.
